Caleb loves pears, but mostly I think just how messy it can be when we let him hold it himself.

New shoe

Here's a look at Caleb's new 'shoe'. Poor guy. For those that haven't heard yet, he went down a "big shlide" last Thursday and his foot got underneath him, twisting his leg. He ended up breaking his tibia and now has to wear this new shoe until mid-May. He's been pretty tough with the pain, and is handling the cast well so far, although he's only had it on for a couple of hours now.

Caleb finally warmed up to the bouncy room in Grandpa and Grandma V's basement after months of fear. This time instead of trying to force him to play with it, we could hardly get him out of it. Of course, he had Dawson and Jamie to show him how it is done.

Caleb had his first experience with vomiting last night and this morning. Thanks to Abbie for taking such good care of our sick little guy this morning!

Time to make dinner

Caleb insists on 'helping' me make dinner each night. He pours water back and forth between two containers and stirs it with every utensil in his drawer. He spills all over the place (including on Franky) but he's pretty proud of himself for 'helping'.
