We went to Splash Universe in Shipshewana, Indiana with Kyle's Family. We had to 'encourage' Caleb to go in the water a bit. Check out Josie's cute bikini!

7 months already

Her new accomplishment is to pull herself to stand and even take some steps along furniture. It seems this is all she wants to do now--in the bath, in her crib, even in the high chair she is trying to stand up.Is this one of the signals that she's tired? The side-effect of a long day of standing.

Chistmas Parties

We had such a fun Christmas this year watching Caleb's excitement to open presents, see his cousins and spend some extra time together.

We started with exchanging presents at our house on Wednesday night. Check out this present opening stance.

Snow Day

'I caught one'

We got about 12" of snow today and I didn't have school, so Caleb and I played outside during Josie's morning nap. We even did a little sledding down the sidewalk with our sled that warns: not to be used on hills (seriously)

Caleb is pretty happy that Daddy is working so hard to cut that tree down.

Riding on the tractor to the trees was the highlight of Caleb's day (or maybe even week).Putting all of the ornaments on the same low branch.

Josie will be 5 months on Sunday. She can sort-of sit up...just long enough for me to take a picture.

Sorry about all of the mucus in this one--our whole family had a little cold.

Ok, in this one she's not sitting up, but I liked it anyhow. She really likes to go on her tummy, then get up on her knees.
