Caleb got to have McDonald's for his birthday lunch since we had to be out of the house while people walked through it. Franky got to sit in the car for an hour.

The petting Corral. Who knew goats, sheep and this one big cow were so humorous? Once he warmed up to the idea, Caleb giggled at the animals, usually from a distance. Occasionally we got him to actually pet them. Pet = smack if you're a 2 year old boy.

Caleb is still running all over the place, even with the cast on. He wears through one of these socks each day, and is starting to wear out the bottom of the cast itself.

New shoe

Here's a look at Caleb's new 'shoe'. Poor guy. For those that haven't heard yet, he went down a "big shlide" last Thursday and his foot got underneath him, twisting his leg. He ended up breaking his tibia and now has to wear this new shoe until mid-May. He's been pretty tough with the pain, and is handling the cast well so far, although he's only had it on for a couple of hours now.

Caleb finally warmed up to the bouncy room in Grandpa and Grandma V's basement after months of fear. This time instead of trying to force him to play with it, we could hardly get him out of it. Of course, he had Dawson and Jamie to show him how it is done.
