East Coast Trip

These pictures were all taken on our Harbor Tour Thursday night. We almost missed going on this because although we left ourselves an hour and a half to get there, somehow, that wasn't enough. It's pretty far from Central Park to the South Seaport!

The Nexus of the Universe

For you Seinfeld fans, here is the Nexus of the Universe, where first intersects itself

The Late Show

We went to the Letterman show on Wednesday. Withing 15 minutes of walking through NYC, we were approached and asked if we wanted tickets (do we look like tourists???). Just before the show, Rachel took a picture with this guy. Does anyone know his name?

Jedi Walk in P-town

This Jedi is about3/4 of a mile long out to (almost) the tip of a narrow peninsula. There was a beautiful swimming cove to one side of it...too bad we weren't wearing our suits!

Whale watch from Provincetown

We went on a whale watch and were out on the boat for about 3 hours. According to the guide, we saw 24 different whales although they all looked about the same to us.

Many of the whales came right up to the boat, sprayed or flipped their tales. Some of them even showed us their mouths like this one below.

No, he's not eating the birds. They are all competing for the same little fish.

Checking out "Cheahs" (Cheers Bar). Since Cliff Clavin wasn't here, we decided not to stick around to eat.

Enjoying (huge) pizzas in Littly Italy in Boston. This was one of Rachel's favorite parts of the trip (not the eating, but walking around in little italy)

We took this picture in Plymouth, near Plymouth Rock. Apparently, the Pilgrims didn't even land here first (it was Provincetown) what a sham!
